Welcome to CoursePrompt. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AI prompting and workflow courses for professionals offered by CoursePrompt.

1. Company Information

2. Scope of Services

“Services” refers to instructor-led workshops, live webinars and coaching sessions focused on AI prompting and workflow optimization for professionals.

3. Digital Products

“Digital Products” include prerecorded lessons, downloadable templates, e-guides and other online materials delivered electronically.

4. Goods

“Goods” means any physical materials, such as printed manuals or branded merchandise, offered by CoursePrompt.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in the local currency at checkout. Acceptable payment methods are credit card and bank transfer. Access to Services or delivery of Digital Products and Goods occurs after full payment is confirmed.

6. Enrollment and Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access credentials or shipment details via email. Keep your login details confidential.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7.1 Services: You may request to reschedule a live course up to 7 days before its start date. Each booking may be rescheduled once without extra charge. Rescheduling requests made fewer than 7 days before the start date will not be accommodated.

7.2 Digital Products: You may cancel an order for a Digital Product within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the materials.

7.3 Goods: You may cancel an order for Goods within 14 days of purchase. You must notify CoursePrompt in writing and send the items back in their original packaging at your expense.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Services: If you cancel a live course more than 14 days before its scheduled start, CoursePrompt will issue a full refund of the fees paid. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the event are not eligible for refund due to planning and instructor commitments.

8.2 Digital Products: If you cancel a Digital Product order within 14 days and have not accessed or downloaded the files, CoursePrompt will issue a full refund of the purchase amount.

8.3 Goods: For physical Goods, once we receive the items back in undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase notification, CoursePrompt will issue a refund of the item cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded and are at your expense.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoursePrompt’s total liability arising from or related to these Terms does not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant Service, Digital Product or Good.

10. Modifications

CoursePrompt may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles.
